He began his career at AWD Financial Services (2003-2007) before transitioning to TAM Aero Taxi, where he served as a Project Manager. In this role, Max played a pivotal part in team building, employee training, and other vital responsibilities. Subsequently, in 2010, he joined Ackerman Trust as a pilot, where he dedicated four years before embarking on his inaugural major endeavor, Elegance Group Limited.
